Unfortunately, there is no information about a BDE Admin version for Windows 7. However, you can try to configure the application for your operating system. Make sure you're logged on an Administrator account, go to Start type regedit and open the utility. Navigate to HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE > SOFTWARE, right-click the Borland folder and select Permissions. After that, click Users, check the Full Control box, click OK and exit the Registry Editor window. Next step is to create a new folder in the (C:) drive named BDEShare. In the installation directory of the BDE application, you will find the BDE Administrator tool. Double-click to open the utility, select Configuration and go to Drives > Native > PARADOX. Select the NET DIR option from the right window and enter the path of the BDEShare folder (C:\BDEShare). After that, close the tool and restart your computer. You should be able to use the application on your Windows 7 computer.
