In order to check your computer configuration, go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools and open the System Information utility. Expand the Components list and you will be able to see your entire PC configuration. To increase your computer performance, remove the unnecessary programs (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), disable the startup programs (System Configuration > Startup tab) and run Disk Cleanup tool. Also, you can use third-party programs from Software Informer database. Another solution is to run the Action Center's Troubleshooter. For this purpose go to Start, type Action Center and open the utility. Launch the Troubleshooting tool next to Recovery and follow the on-screen instructions.
