Screen problems of my Samsung notebook

The screen of my Samsung notebook is white and it is flicking. What should I do?

I think it's hardware problem. :)

In order to fix the issue, reboot the notebook, press F8 key to enter in Safe Mode, and perform a full system scan using your security program. After that, access Samsung Download Center, identify your computer model, select your operating system, and download and install the latest drivers for your graphic card. If the issue persists, you need to visit a local service center.
