I installed a new Officejet 4500 desktop printer but can't scan because there is no "Photo & Imaging 2.0" on my computer. Can you help?

You need to visit the HP Support website to download the necessary software and drivers to be able to scan. The package contains the software needed for scanning and printing photos, documents, etc. On the website, there are two packages available for installation. Make sure to download the standard one because the other one is for IT Enterprise users only.
