Quaddrix DVRs are not encrypted. These are normal DVRs protected with a username and password (usually found in the manual file provided with the product). If unlocking refers to its normal access, then you can use the manual to check for a default username and password. Additional questions can be forwarded to the support through the contact options presented on the developer's website.
