When scanning it always says the same thing and there are other drivers that need updates. Why is this happening?

does not work right its rubbish

Make sure that while you perform the scanning, you are connected to Internet because the application will verify the latest signatures installed in your computer against an online database and then it will provide necessary information related to driver updates, versions, downloads, etc.
