I receive an error from my WinDVD software telling me that it can't play my DVD. What can I do?

Firstly, I suggest you update the utility to the latest version. After that, download and install Combined Community Codec Pack and try to play your DVD. If you can't, try to use a similar program from Software Informer database. If you still have issues, your DVD may be corrupted and I recommend you use RescuePRO to recover it.
