The latest update of Canon ScanGear Toolbox CS is not compatible with Windows 7. Can you provide a new one that is compatible with the Windows 7 operating system?
You need to visit Canon Support to download the updated application but in order to do that, identify the model of your scanner/printer, then perform a lookup on the support website. Select Windows 7 as the operating system and then download the required software.
