How to export data to CSV from Perfect Care?

I'm trying to export records out of Perfect Care into a simple format, such as CSV (Comma Separated Values), to be imported into a different client. Many thanks to anyone who can tell me how to do this.

Based on the official description, you can export the data from the application to Microsoft Excel format. This is the only way to migrate the data to another application. However, you shouldn't worry because Excel fully supports CSV file format. Firstly, start the application and load the data (if isn't already loaded!) and then go to Administration or scroll through the tabs until you find the export function. Save the contents as XLS and then open Microsoft Excel. Open the XLS file and go to File > Save as and choose CSV.
