I purchased this program a few days ago and had computer crash before I could copy registration number. Also did not get the usual email containing the number. Have never been able to use.
Now, I neither need or want the program. It says to refer this to someone in "customer service" for action.

You can use the MyOrders page to get information about your orders. Input the email used to register and you'll receive the necessary details to register the application.
