If you don't use DVDs all the time, then it's not recommended to have this to run at Startup. Go to Start > Run > type msconfig then navigate to Startup tab and locate CyberLink DVD Suite Deluxe in the list. Uncheck and restart the PC and next time you boot the computer, the application will not run anymore.
