You will probably need to change the format of your USB pen drive from FAT32 to NTFS. In order to do that, connect your USB stick to your computer, open My Computer, right click on the corresponding drive letter and hit Format. Select NTFS from the "File System" section, click on Start and wait for the conversion to finish. After the process is done, you can refill you USB device with your favorite songs and plug it into your MP3 Player.
