Which hard disk type is compatible with my Lenovo x60 tablet? I want to upgrade to 250GB with a present 2GB RAM. Is it possible?

If you want to upgrade, you will need to get sure that the RAM is of this type: 2GB PC2-4200 DDR2 SDRAM 533MHz SO DIMM and the hard drive is using ATA, not SATA. You will need a laptop hard disk size.
