What can I use to fix the issues from my computer?

The application tells me that I have 5 issues and it is highly recommended to fix them. When I click on the Fix Now option, it takes me to a registration page from where I need to purchase the software. What else can I use to fix the issues? I have McAfee.

It's not recommended to have two or more security programs installed on your computer because there will be a conflict between them and they will try to eliminate each other. Since you don't have a license for HP Total Care, I suggest you remove the software from your computer:

If you use Windows XP or bellow, you can go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the Currently installed programs box, click on the HP Total Care program and then click Remove. If you have Windows Vista or above, you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Select the HP Total Care application and click on Uninstall.

After that, you can use McAfee or any other free application from the Software Informer database to identify and eliminate the issues.
