First, make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run the game:
- OS: Windows XP and Windows Vista
- Processor: Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz or AMD Athlon 64 3500+;
- CPU Speed: 3.0 GHz;
- RAM: 1GB for XP, 2GB for Vista;
- Video Card: 128MB 3D Graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce 6600 or ATI Radeon X1300 or better);
- Free Disk Space: 9 GB;
- Sound Card: DirectX Compatible;
- DirectX: 9.0c.
If the requirements are fulfilled, disable any virtual drive program (DAEMON Tools, Alcohol, PowerISO) and download and extract the msvcr71.dll file in (C:) > Windows > System32 and (C:) > Windows > System Directories folders. Also, download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.
