How to install other language input on Samsung Galaxy S II?

Is it possible to install other language input on Samsung Galaxy S II?If yes, explain to me how to do that.

In order to check for firmware updates, download and install Kies, Samsung's device manager application, from the following address http://kies.software.informer.com. After connecting your device to the computer, the application will display a list on available updates for your phone. Filter the list after your preferences and follow the onscreen instructions for installing additional language packs.

In some updates language choices are somehow limited. If you want to enable other languages not displayed on the menu you'll need to root your phone and use one of the locale modification programs. Somehow the security for these programs are rather changed with Android 4.2.x so you might need a locale program which is aware of it.
