It seems that Acer Empowering Technology is not available for your Windows 7 notebook model. Usually you can download the application from Acer Drivers and Manuals web page, but it is available only for Windows Vista and Windows XP. You can try to download and install Windows XP Mode and the application in this environment. Windows XP Mode makes it easy to install and run many applications that run on Windows XP directly on a computer that runs Windows 7.
