There are a few things you could try, in order to repair your game. First of all, try to remove all of your Mods and/or Custom Content and restart the game. If this is useless, set all the expansion applications to open in Windows 95 compatibility mode and run them as admin. Try adjusting your game's resolution, lower the graphics options and/or try to play the game in windowed mode. A more radical solution is to add all of the game's .exe files to Data Execution Prevention tab(DEP). For that to happen, open Control Panel, go to Advanced system settings, click on the Continue button in the UAC prompt, go to Settings, under Performance section, hit the DEP tab and click on "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select" and press "Add." In the "File Name" field paste the locations of your expansion packs. For example, from this location C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin\ add all the .exe files to the exception list. Repeat the procedure for all the expansions. Click OK and restart your computer.
