When I scan a 35mm slide the picture appears correctly in the box on the screen (using PhotoImpression 6.0 program), but after about 5 seconds the image breaks up in a collage making it impossible to work on the image or to save it. Can you help?
In order to fix the problem, uninstall the PhotoImpression software from your PC (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run a registry cleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system. After that, install the program again and try to scan your picture. If the issue persists, try to scan the photo using another photo editor from the database of Software Informer. Also, you can contact the official developers of PhotoImpression and ask for help.
