The update for online printing is not being installed even though I tried multiple times.

If the update doesn't install, then you should check a few things:

1. Firstly, go to the Windows firewall and add the software to the exclusion list. This will allow the software to connect to obtain the necessary packages.

2. Completely remove the software and then right click the install package. Choose Run as Administrator, then install it normally. Once installed try checking for the printing mode that you need.
