My Notepad can't read Arabic. How can I make it to read Arabic? I have Windows 7 installed on my PC.

If you have Windows 7 you need to at Start > Control Panel > Region and Language > Administrative tab and to press the Change system locale button. From the pop-up list choose the Arabic language related to your country.
