My friend downloaded Nero Ultra in my computer, it was never able to run it. When I try to repair, modify or delete it does not accept the command. Instead I get the following message:

"Custom Action DLL Crashed on last call in function NeroAg_UnregisterComEx. The installer must now exit. Crash Thread ID4948. Current Thread ID3704."

How can I delete it?

Just delete the Folder where it is installed... Now Clean your Registry Using some Registry Cleaner... This will delete Registry Entries such as Missing Shared dlls, Unused File Extensions, ActiveX and Class Issues, etc. The Best Registry Cleaners Available in Market are Ace Utilities, Advanced Registry Optimizer, C-Cleaner, Glary Utilities, Reg Organizer, Registry Life, Registry Mechanic, Tune Up Utilities 2010, WinUtilities, Wise Registry Cleaner Pro, Wonder-Share Registry Optimizer.

If the application was somehow installed, try running Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

If you can't delete the installation package, reboot your computer and enter in Safe Mode by pressing the F8 key from your keyboard. After that, you should be able to remove the installer by pressing Shift + Delete key combination after you select it.
