How to stop LG ODD Auto Firmware Update to run when I start my computer?

This program auto-starts and pops up a window informing me that it has a download for Windows 7 (or I think that's what it is telling me). I have XP. It seems the program should be smart enough to figure that out. Then the tray icon continues flashing. I suppose the program is useful, but why should it be always running? Maybe activating it manually every couple of months should be sufficient. Anyone know how to stop it from automatically running at boot-up?

Go to Start menu, type msconfig in the search field and press the Startup tab. Un-check the box next to LG ODD Auto Firmware Update, click Apply and then OK. After you restart the computer, the problem will be fixed.
