Update information for Dalet Plus

I would like to know if the Dalet Plus Patch is an update for the old version of Dalet Plus Active Log Transcription player which was only compatible with Windows XP? Please let me know.

I have checked their official website, but there is nothing mentioned about the Dalet Plus Patch or the Dalet Plus Active Log Transcription Player. I have also tried to download the patch, without success because no website was available for this procedure.
