Firefox crashes every 20 minutes.

Firefox crashes every 20 minutes sometimes. What should I do?

If the problem was FireFox then it would crash on every computer every 20 minutes. Have you tried running a virus scan with Hitman Pro, MalwareBytes, Super Antispyware and Dr.Web ?

i fixed the problem with uninstall and reinstalling firefox. it worked!

Firstly, press the enter image description here icon, select Add-ons and disable one by one the extensions. If it doesn't help, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete key combination and clear all cookies, cache and temporary Internet files:

Also, I recommend you update the browser to the latest version.
