There isn't a special technique to pass level 4 in Critical Damage. You need to be fast, cautious and to constantly upgrade your weapons. If you're a beginner, I recommend you change the default level of difficulty to Easy from the Settings menu. Also, you can use Google search engine to find tips, guides and walkthroughts.
