You don't need any pin number to activate Alcatel PC Suite because it is a free of charge product. I suggest that you remove the program using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature and download and install the latest version of the software from the official web page. Once you save the file to your computer, extract the installer using WinRAR or WinZip, open the Alcatel PC Suite folder and launch the PCSuite.exe file. Follow the on-screen instructions and you will not be asked to enter any pin number.
