In order to fix the issue, I suggest uninstall the program from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run CCleaner. After that, reboot your computer, download the latest version of the utility and install it following the on-screen instructions. Once you launch it, copy and paste the video URL in the first field, type a name for the file in the Save As box and press the To MP3 button. If it still doesn't work, try other similar applications from Software Informer database.
