In order to fix the issue, make sure your DVD drive is correctly installed. Right-click on Computer/My Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Disc drives list, right-click on the DVD driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your computer, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait for Windows to reinstall the drivers. If you still have issues, try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it.
