what is this program exactely before using it I thought that I could see wherever I wnat but in fact it's impossible the picture are not clear we can't see very well the rods, the buildings, people...

Pictures are not clear because they are not on your Hard Disk and are Being imported via Internet... And those are just maps, the buildings, Stadium's, Grounds, etc. are to be Constructed by you... At your own place... It uses Satellite Imaging techniques which are just Used for Gathering information about various Roadways, Railways, Ocean Covers, Forest Areas, etc... It is a Beautiful Software Indeed.
