In order to fix the issue, press Alt + Ctrl + Delete key combination, open Task Manager and close all unnecessary applications (web browsers, instant messengers, etc.) that may use your Internet bandwidth. Also, try to optimize your broadband connection using the guide provided by the developer. If you still have issues, I suggest you to download and install Sky Go Desktop which replaced Sky Player. In order to download and install the new software, you need to have a Sky ID.
