data base is not connected in windows 7

Question

how can i connect with my database in windows 7 bkz when i connect my data base the error will be come on screen
update sap version and restart sap......

and this application is too slow working in our local network ...

pls resolve this problem

What is you SAP version ? Check whether it is same with your Server Version or not ? Also check the Calendar i.e. Date & Time.
