If it doesn't open, right-click on the launcher and select Run as Administrator option. Also, make sure your security program and Windows firewall doesn't block the connection. If it still doesn't open, uninstall it using Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and download and install WildTangent Games App. WildTangent Games App is a similar program developed by WildTangent that replaced Gateway Games when it was discontinued.
