Go to Start, type regedit and open the utility. Navigate to HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE > SOFTWARE > KONAMI directory, right-click on the folder and select Delete. After that, close the Registry Editor and run the game using Administrator rights. Also, make sure that all unnecessary applications are closed. If the problem is not solved, try to reinstall the game.
