Can't log in through the Dialer. It says it's unable to connected to the SIP Server. What is the solution for log-in and connection?
The message given by the application could have multiple causes:
The SIP server is actually down for maintenance or permanently unavailable which makes the connection actually impossible to happen.
The Firewall on your computer doesn't allow you to connect to the SIP server. Go to Start > Control panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program through Windows Firewall.
The ISP where you're connected to filters the ports required to connect. You should contact them in order to find information about a possible Internet block.
