This is an old application that can run only on Windows 95, 98, 2000, Me, XP, or Windows NT 4.0. If you have a newer computer, you can use the Compatibility Mode in order to run it. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. Also, make sure your computer has at least a 166 MHz Processor, 64MB RAM and 90MB free hard-disk space.
