In order to fix the issues, I suggest you reinstall the application. First, remove the program using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature and after that visit the review page of the product in order to obtain a link to the official download. Press the green Download button, save the file to your computer and install it using the serial number received when you purchased the software. Since the installation package is large, you can use a download manager from the Software Informer database, in order to accelerate the downloading process.
