It's not mandatory to have the same application when you move it to another drive. There is the possibility your custom files are in another place. You should use the built-in Windows Search to look for those files. Once you find the files, you can copy them back to their location. If the files were deleted, install Recuva and attempt a possible recovery. Recuva will scan through the deep layers of your clusters to recover lost or deleted files.
