In order to fix the issue, go to the official web page, create an account and download and install the latest version. After the installing process is complete, launch Outlook and go to Tools > Trust Center. Click the Add-ins option and press the Go button next to Manage: COM Add-ins. Check the box next to ViewMail plugin and click OK.
