To get the IP on a Windows computer, go to Start > Run > Cmd and type ipconfig|findstr "IPv4". You need to be connected to a networks prior of doing this. After this procedure, I strongly recommend downloading the latest version of the software from its official website, then access the documentation page, where everything about the program is explained.
