Reg.HP PSC 1315 - Director&Digital Imaging Monitor..

Question

I have uninstalled & reinstalled the Software for the above device, from the original CD ;yet I encounter problem of opening the Director programme and also the Image Zone, several messages &erors of Script are flaggedup, I tried out the various updates as recommended by HP, but most of them do n't install,the message being that they are not appliacble to my version, I am at aloss how to get over this problem.. All of a sudden, I cannot open HP Image Zone. Did you get an answer to your problem? Carl
