This is an ADSL modem which is capable of achieving great speed but it all depends on your Internet subscription and how well is your computer configured.
For example, you will need to make sure that the SoulSeek client is configured properly. Since the modem supports UPnP, there is no need to configure the ports all by yourself. These will be opened automatically.
Also, add the SoulSeek to your firewall exclusion list and it will always download with high speed but this is also influenced by the speed of the other peer.
