Try to update your Nero product. If this doesn't help, you can use another burner from the Software Informer database. Also, make sure that your audio files doesn't have any form of DRM (Digital rights management) or copyright protection. Right-click on the media file, select Properties, go to Details tab and check the information next to Protected/Protection field.
