The application can be configured to be accessed based on various access levels. There are a few causes leading to this issue:

You don't have enough access to connect to the room.

The room is having difficulties or the server doesn't accept connections.

It's possible the room you're trying to connect to doesn't exist anymore.
In all the cases, I recommend contacting the IT administrator and he should provide all the necessary details.
