I'm receiving a "Runtime error".

I'm receiving a "Runtime error":

"Program Files > Corel Corel Paint Shop Pro > Paintshoppro.exe abnormal program termination".

I have checked the Corel website and the answer supplied in the knowledge base does not help me. I'm running Windows Vista Home edition. How can I repair this error?

Have XP so I really don't know the answer you are looking for.

In order to fix the problem, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the Corel Paint Shop Pro software from the provided list and press Uninstall. After that, run a registry cleaner from the database of Software Informer to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system, reboot your computer and install the software again.
