The software works with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases. The first thing you have to do is to install one of the supported database engines and configure it as it needs. Secondly, Primavera will have to be configured to use those services as well. The installation and documentation files and steps will be provided then you actually want to install it. Just follow the installation guide and make sure the databases work normally, then the software will be installed properly.
