You should check your sound settings. First try to increase the MIC volume from the headphones (if possible). Secondly, use the sound settings on your PC to change the volume of the output. Usually, the sound settings are available through the dedicated sound application (RealTek HD Audio Manager, VIA Sound Manager, etc.). If you use the sound application, there is the possibility to boost the volume from the same configuration settings.
