ActionVoip does not connect.

From 10th January the software doesn't connects anymore. I can connect on website using my ID and password. I downloaded VBuser by mistake and the problems started. I uninstalled all the software but I encounter the same issue. Is there any change I have to do with my computer or is something blocked?

You need to re-install the application by obtaining a new setup package. Install that package then go to Control panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall and allow the program to connect to the Internet. There is no other settings that needs to be configured for this application to work normally except the firewall that may prevent communication with log-in servers.
