I have sound but I don't have video image. What should I do?
Most likely this is a driver problem. Go to Device Manager to check if the drivers are installed properly. You can get a driver from the official page of AVer products. Use the device selector to identify your product and download its drivers and software. Some TV tuners use additional codecs to display video. Make sure to have all of them installed.
