in playing back video windvd 2010 produces sound but no image

Why does windvd 2010 produce sound but no image in playing back video discs that play well with windows media player VLC and other software?

You might not have downloaded the setup from the COREL's website... Do download it from its website... Uninstall the program you have now... Clean your registry with some registry cleaning utility... Then reinstall the downloaded setup... Use a nice AV... I don't like Mc Afee... Use some other AV... :D
